At the smelter ruins, where remnants of the smelting hut, the old forge, and other remains are preserved, a visitor center has been set up with models and photographs illustrating the mining operations at Nasafjäll and the transport down to the smelting area in Adolfström. There are also photographs taken in both summer and winter to convey the challenges of transportation and the stark contrasts between the seasons.
